At Hannah's Colour Wave, we believe getting your home painted should be simple and stress-free. We're fully insured, provide upfront quotes, and include materials in our pricing so you know what to expect before your project begins.

PAINTING PRICING:

All prices listed are subject to 13% HST.

INTERIOR PAINTING

$3.00/sq. ft. of paintable wall space

Standard interior painting includes:

Two coats of premium paint

Trim & baseboards

Basic to moderate wall preparation

Minor hole filling and repairs

Caulking where required

All paint and standard materials

Extensive Surface Preparation — Additional $0.50/sq. ft.

For walls requiring larger drywall repairs, extensive hole patching or significantly more preparation before painting.

Ceilings — Additional $1.00/sq. ft.

Minimum Project Rate — $500

A minimum project rate of $500 applies to smaller painting projects.

EXTERIOR:

Starting at $2.50/sqft

Ideal for:

Basic siding (vinyl, wood, or aluminum)

Minimal surface prep

One- or two-storey homes

Basic trim included.

•Exterior Doors — $250–$475
Pricing depends on the condition of the door and the amount of preparation required. Final pricing is provided following inspection.

Note:
Pricing may vary based on surface condition, height, and detail of work. A full quote will be provided after inspection.

DECK STAINING:

Starting at $2.50/sqft
Includes light surface prep (cleaning and light sanding) and stain application.
Stairs are included in the square footage price.

Add-ons:
• Railings & spindles: +$75 per job

**Decks requiring stripping, extensive sanding or additional restoration work will be quoted following inspection.**

MATERIALS INCLUDED:

All standard paint and materials required for your project are included in your quote.

If an issue occurs as a result of our workmanship or paint application, we'll return and make it right at no additional cost.

Peeling or flaking caused by improper application

Missed areas

Bubbling caused by improper application

Application-related touch-ups

The workmanship guarantee does not cover damage caused by homeowners or third parties, moisture or structural issues, substrate failure, or normal wear and tear.
