At Hannah's Colour Wave, we believe in transparency and making the painting process simple and stress-free.

PAINTING PRICING:

We offer competitive, straightforward pricing:

$3 per square foot for all standard painting services and basic to moderate surface prep.

Additional $0.25 per square foot for large drywall repairs or extensive hole patching, ensuring a flawless surface before painting. 

Trims are an additional $1/Linear Foot & Ceilings are an additional $1/Square foot. 

There is a base rate of $500 for any room smaller than 200 square foot.

Example: For a home with 1,000-square-foot of desired painted wall space, small to moderate drywall repair, surface prep and materials included, the total cost would be approximately $3,000. Excluding trim & ceilings. 

EXTERIOR:

Starting at $2.50/sqft
Ideal for:

Basic siding (vinyl, wood, or aluminum)

Minimal surface prep

One- or two-storey homes

Basic trim and door painting included

• Exterior (front, back side) Doors: $250 - $475, depending on amount of surface prep needed - quoted upon inspection

Note:
Pricing may vary based on surface condition, height, and detail work. A full quote will be provided after inspection.

DECK STAINING:

Starting at $2.50/sqft
Includes light surface prep (cleaning and light sanding) and stain application.
Stairs are included in the square footage price.

Add-ons:
• Railings & spindles: +$75 per job

• Additional prep (stripping, heavy sanding) may increase cost—quoted upon inspection.

MATERIALS INCLUDED:

All materials are included in the cost.

We use Benjamin Moore paints for all our projects—known for their high quality, excellent coverage, and low-VOC formulas that are safer for your home and the environment. It’s a product I trust to deliver a beautiful, long-lasting finish every time.

1 YEAR WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE:

We stand behind our work with a 1-year workmanship guarantee. If there are any issues like peeling or touch-ups needed due to application, we’ll come back and make it right — at no extra cost.

What it wouldn’t cover:

Damage from the homeowner or others
